Warranty and service
BINOC VISION operates a clear warranty and service system:
- The warranty period is one year. The effective date is stated on your invoice.
- new glasses/frames and lenses are guaranteed against all manufacturing and fitting defects during this period.
- you will receive service for glass and frame breakage. For a period of two years from the purchase date of your glasses, which is stated on your invoice, you will receive the following reductions in case of replacement of the various parts: 1st half-year: 70%, 2nd half-year: 50%, 3rd half-year: 30%, 4th half-year: 10%.
- When replacing, identical parts are always used, i.e. identical frames and lenses of the same strength and design, if possible.
- The guarantee and service conditions only apply if lenses are supplied with the prescription stated on your invoice.
- In case of replacement, whenever possible, identical parts will always be used, i.e. identical frames and lenses of the same strength and design.
- Upon presentation of your invoice, you can have your glasses cleaned and adjusted free of charge. At the last service during the warranty period, you can count on a free eye measurement if required.
The warranty and service provisions apply to all magnifying glasses from BINOC Vision. They expire, if you have had repairs to your glasses carried out by others.
The warranty and service provisions do not apply to claims already covered by insurance (e.g. travel or third-party insurance).
